Title : Remote QA Analyst / Tester (EDI Focused) Duration : 6+ Months Location : Remote About Job Develop and execute test cases for 270/271 eligibility workflows using both positive and negative scenarios. Validate that real-time eligibility responses are accurate, timely, and aligned with business expectations. Utilize EDI validation tools to inspect raw 271 responses for structural and content accuracy. Coordinate UAT with end users (e.g., CHC) to validate point-of-care eligibility workflows. Log, track, and retest defects in JIRA or other ALM tools. Assist in load and performance testing of the real-time API to ensure reliability under concurrent use. Document test plans, traceability matrices, and test outcome reports for audit readiness.
