Responsibilities Proficient in coding and troubleshooting using Python Work with solutions implemented in React.js Participate in analysis, design, development, and testing activities Build, maintain, and enhance applications with a strong focus on quality, clean code, and testability Take part in Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning and feature demos Collaborate closely with team members and customers to analyze issues and recommend effective solutions Skills Proficient in coding and troubleshooting using Python Familiar with basic SMTP concepts and email security fundamentals A strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Able to collaborate effectively with Cisco TAC and other customer-facing teams Experience working with Cisco technologies (nice to have) Working knowledge of AWS, Datadog, Redshift, and DynamoDB (nice to have) Experience coding in Go (nice to have) Familiar with Business Entity Management (BEM) systems (nice to have) Experience with BEMS ticketing systems or similar platforms (e.g., Cisco TAC CS1) (nice to have) Benefits Competitive compensation package Modern office environment Benefits Language classes Company Overview SoftServe is a digital authority that advises and provides at the cutting-edge of technology.
