They are seeking a PXM Business Consultant who will collaborate with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models and produce deliverables such as process maps and user stories.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with technical consultants to translate business needs into data modelsRunning cross-functional workshopsProducing deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logsSkillsStrong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businessesExperience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXMC# Experience developing platform integrationsAbility to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirementsGood knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributesFluency in EnglishStrong communication and presentation skillsAccountability, collaboration, and time-management skillsA passion for learning about business dailyBenefitsA comprehensive insurance plan, where you can choose the module that best suits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze.
