They are seeking a highly organized Public Relations Operations Manager to support the PR team on a leading global beauty client, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and stakeholders remain aligned.ResponsibilitiesServe as an operational lead across multiple PR initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track from planning through executionTranslate meetings, discussions, and stakeholder feedback into actionable project plans with clear owners and timelinesAnticipate risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps, proactively escalating concerns and proposing solutionsReview deliverables and identify inconsistencies, errors, or opportunities for improvement before stakeholder reviewApply brand guidelines and campaign objectives to ensure work meets quality standardsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, communication processes, and team efficiencyDrive accountability across stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed and projects continue moving forwardProvide day-to-day project management support to the PR Managers and Head of PR + InfluenceOwn and maintain project timelines, workbacks, trackers, status reports, and action plans across multiple concurrent initiativesCoordinate cross-functional deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders remain alignedOwn meeting documentation and follow-up, translating discussions into actionable next steps with clear ownership and timelinesSupport campaign planning and brainstorming sessions, documenting recommendations, requirements, and project deliverablesBuild and maintain project trackers, contact databases, asset repositories, and reporting dashboardsAssist in preparing, routing, and tracking approvals for messaging documents, media materials, and campaign assetsMaintain visibility across all active workstreams and proactively communicate status updates, risks, and dependenciesIf local: Provide in-person event support for NYC-based activations, press events, agency meetings, and brand experiencesCoordinate event timelines, logistics, vendor communication, materials, and post-event reportingManage event workbacks to ensure all milestones and deliverables are completed on scheduleSupport seamless onsite execution while maintaining alignment with brand standards and objectivesManage end-to-end product seeding programs, including inventory coordination, shipment tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communicationPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure activation and seeding efforts align with broader campaign prioritiesPartner directly with agency teams, serving as a key point of coordination for project communications, asset routing, timelines, and feedback managementFacilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on trackMaintain project visibility through regular status updates and proactive communicationHelp establish and reinforce strong project management processes, documentation, and ways of workingTrack earned media performance and campaign KPIs across PR initiativesCompile reporting, media coverage, insights, and campaign highlights for internal and client-facing presentationsMaintain reporting dashboards and ensure campaign results are organized, accurate, and easily accessibleSupport post-campaign recaps by documenting key learnings, performance outcomes, and recommendationsSkillsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field4–7 years of experience in project management, account management, communications, public relations, integrated marketing, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and workstreamsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutionsExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProven ability to independently manage priorities and drive work forward with minimal oversightExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working cross-functionally with agencies, vendors, clients, and internal teamsProficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similarExperience in beauty, consumer goods, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment marketingExperience working in both agency and brand-side environmentsFamiliarity with PR tracking platforms, media monitoring tools, and reporting systemsExperience supporting
