Steno is a growing company revolutionizing the court reporting industry, and they are seeking a Provider Recruiting Operations, Senior Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage recruiting operations, develop strategies for onboarding new court reporters, and optimize the recruiting funnel to ensure Steno has the right talent in place.ResponsibilitiesOwn market-by-market recruiting targets, ensuring Steno has the right reporters in the right places at the right timeIdentify, engage, and onboard new court reporters onto the platformDevelop and continuously refine Steno’s value proposition for why reporters should engage with usBuild, manage, and optimize the end-to-end recruiting funnel, from outbound sourcing to active participation on the platformDetermine which industry events and sponsorships deliver positive ROI and advance recruiting goalsProvide regular recruiting performance readouts, including identifying funnel drop-offs and opportunities for improvementDesign and streamline provider onboarding, including administrative workflows and introductions to Steno’s tools and technologyDevelop expert-level knowledge of the court reporting industry, including certifications, job types, and what different reporters optimize forPartner closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Ops, Data) to develop recruiting collateral and share feedback on tools and processesSkills5+ years of experience working at a high-volume staffing firm or for a company with a two-sided marketplaceProven leadership and people management experienceProven ability to own and deliver against market-level recruiting targets, including planning, execution, and performance trackingExperience building and managing full-cycle recruiting funnels, from outbound sourcing through onboarding and activationInterpersonally savvy and build trust easily with people from diverse backgroundsAbility to learn a new industry quickly and become fluent in its mechanics and languageExcel at planning and process management, especially building and scaling recruiting funnelsPersistent, adaptable, and quick to pivot when something isn't workingBenefitsHealth, Vision, & Dental Benefits - low-cost health plans that free up mind space and unlock our employees' best workWellness/Mental Health - shared benefits to be used among employees and familiesFlexible Paid Time Off - allowing employees to find balance in their livesOptions of Equity - we know our success is nothing without our teamAccess to a company-provided 401(k) accountA home office setup and a monthly stipend to offset internet and phone costsCompany OverviewSteno provides litigation support by connecting legal teams with court reporters, remote deposition tools, and transcript management.
