[Remote] Provider Recruiting Manager

The Recruiting Manager will lead the talent acquisition function, ensuring the company attracts and retains high-quality talent while overseeing full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple roles. This role requires strategic partnership with HR and leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with TeleMed2U’s growth plans, workforce needs, and organizational valuesPartner with HR and department leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, create workforce plans, and prioritize open rolesIdentify effective sourcing channels and recruitment approaches for a variety of positions, including clinical, operational, and leadership rolesOversee and participate in full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer managementEnsure timely and high-quality communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a professional and positive candidate experienceGuide and support hiring managers on interviewing best practices, selection criteria, and decision-making to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisionsCoordinate and refine interview processes, including panel interviews, assessments, and hiring events as applicableLead, mentor, and manage Recruiting and Talent Acquisition staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance managementSet clear goals and expectations for the recruiting team, aligned with time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience metricsFoster a collaborative, service-oriented, and results-driven culture within the recruiting teamIdentify training and development needs for recruiting staff and support ongoing skill developmentDevelop and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, social media, job boards, professional associations, and employee referralsPartner with Marketing/HR to strengthen TeleMed2U’s employer brand, ensuring job postings, career pages, and outreach materials reflect the company’s culture and valuesSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives by ensuring outreach strategies and hiring practices attract diverse talent pools and minimize bias in the hiring processManage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruiting tools to ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and strong reporting capabilitiesDevelop and maintain standardized recruiting processes, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and scalability across the organizationEnsure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO and fair hiring standardsPartner with HR to support background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirements in alignment with company policyEstablish, track, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, quality-of-hire)Use data and feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve recruiting processesRecommend and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and best practices to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and overall recruiting effectivenessCollaborate with HR, Hiring Managers, and Operations to ensure smooth transitions from hiring to onboardingProvide input on workforce planning, job design, and organizational structure as it relates to recruitmentParticipate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact talent acquisition and workforce developmentOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within recruiting or talent acquisitionExperience recruiting for a mix of roles (e.g., clinical, technical, operational, and/or leadership positions), preferably within healthcare or telehealthStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and selection best practicesDemonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate recruiting teams in a remote or distributed environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadershipStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and standard office productivity toolsUnderstanding of applicable employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, selection, and hiringData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvementHigh level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and sound judgment, especially when handling confidential informationExperience recruiting in a healthcare, telemedicine, or digital health environmentExperience with employer branding, social recruiting, or
