[Remote] Provider Enrollment Account Manager

The Provider Enrollment Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring accurate data management and overseeing the provider enrollment process.ResponsibilitiesServe as single-point-of-contact to the clients and is accountable and responsive to what may be neededCompiles and maintains current and accurate data for all providersComplete Statewide credentialing/recredentialing applications to add providers to commercial payers, Medicare, and MedicaidComplete revalidation requests issued by government payersMonitors applications end-to-end process and follows up as neededTrain and manage Enrollment Specialists (if applicable)Reconcile provider enrollment data and/or payor rosters as neededMaintain the internal provider database to ensure all information is accurate and updated accordinglySkillsMinimum of 3 years of provider enrollment experienceUnderstanding and knowledge of the credentialing and provider enrollment processExcellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management skillsExcellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectivelyAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organizationGood aptitude for self-sufficiency with the ability to work both independently and with others with minimal supervisionBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision as well as 401k with employer matchingPersonal Time Off to promote work life balanceModern workplaces, flexible working hours, hybrid work options and much moreCompany OverviewCompuGroup Medical is one of the leading e-health companies in the world.
