They are seeking a Provider Analytics Consultant who will analyze healthcare data to provide actionable insights, support client engagements, and create compelling narratives to drive business decisions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze healthcare data and reporting outputs to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvementTranslate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that can be shared with providers, clients, sales teams, and other stakeholdersParticipate in client and provider-facing calls, including presenting results and responding to questions in a clear and professional mannerSupport sales and client success efforts by preparing data-backed insights, reports, and presentation materialsDevelop and maintain client-ready reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and other analytical deliverablesReview reports and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and quality before distributionApply a strong quality assurance mindset to ensure data outputs, summaries, and presentations are accurate and aligned with business needsCollaborate with internal teams to support broader analytics, client success, and business initiativesEnsure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data security best practicesDemonstrate commitment to the company's core values and ensure high standards of quality and serviceSkillsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting, client success, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical audiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experienceExperience creating reports and presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required)Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal guidanceAbility to identify key questions, structure ambiguous problems, and execute solutions effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with a quality assurance mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentAbility to navigate reporting tools and generate reportsBasic familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred, but not requiredPreferred familiarity with healthcare data and billing practices, including CPT and HCPCS codesBenefitsHealth insurance401kBonus opportunityMedical, dental and vision coverage with low deductible & copayLife insuranceShort and long-term disabilityPaid Parental Leave401(k) + matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanGenerous Paid Time Off - accrued based on years of serviceWA Candidates: the accrual rate is 4.61 hours every other week for the first two years of tenure before increasing with additional years of service10 paid company holidaysTuition reimbursementFlexible Spending AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramSick time benefits - for eligible employees, one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 40 hours per calendar year, unless the laws of the state in which the employee is located provide for more generous sick time benefitsFlexible schedules whenever possibleA wide range of live and web-based professional development and educational programs to prepare you for advancement opportunitiesAn incentive bonus programRecognition and awards programsCompany OverviewClaritev is an independent and public healthcare technology, data and insights company making healthcare more transparent, fair and affordable for all.
