[Remote] Proposals Analyst

They are seeking a Proposals Analyst to manage all phases of the pharmacy benefit management proposals process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions while collaborating with key stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesFormatting proposals to meet internal marketing specificationsResponding to RFP questions using a database of internal Subject Matter Expert reviewed contentOrganizing, attending, and leading strategy calls with key stakeholders across the organizationCustomizing and modifying responses to create client-specific contentCreating timelines and ensuring RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely mannerPreparing and reviewing final documents and submitting in accordance with client driven deadlinesProactively take action on assigned projectsAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while ensuring quality and accuracyDevelop a breadth of PBM knowledge that includes sales strategies and company offeringsUse critical thinking in order to apply knowledge to each proposalStrong attention to detailSense of urgencySolution focusedTake responsibility for his/her decisions and actionsEffectively communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyOpen and adaptable to new and innovative strategies and processesAbility to work autonomously as well as collaborativelySkills0-2 years of professional job experience1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environmentDemonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completionProposal/Project management experience strongly preferredKnowledge of Medicare Part D (i.e. EGWP, MADP, PDP plans) and industry terminology is helpfulFluent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ideal candidates would also be familiar with Qvidian and salesforce.com productsBachelor's degree is preferredA degree focusing on Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business, or other relevant fields is preferredBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families.The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility.Company OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
