We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimising performance, and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms
ā¢ Optimize pricing, availability, and booking performance
ā¢ Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay
ā¢ Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows
ā¢ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
ā¢ Strong understanding of pricing strategy, calendar management, and booking systems
ā¢ Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred)
ā¢ Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations
ā¢ Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
