Remote Property Manager /San Angelo/ Texas/
Tarantino Properties Inc is seeking a savvy professional Remote Property Manager at Huntington Place Apartments (must live in San Angelo). Candidates must have 2+ years of experience on a stabilized property. Good communication skills, marketing experience, customer service skills and computer skills are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ā¢ Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection. ā¢ Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate. ā¢ Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs. ā¢ Participate in the leasing activity. ā¢ File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management. ā¢ Prepare security deposit refunds or charges. ā¢ Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses. ā¢ Keep all lease files current and complete. (At home temporarily, until leasing office is complete.) Must live in San Angelo, Texas, free Rent and Utilities paid. Requirements Salary: $37,440 Requirements: Onesite experience needed.
