Job Title: Remote Property Management Assistant (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,000 - 1,400 USD/month depending on experience paid via wire transfer
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Mountain Time. Weekends as needed (possible over time or just a change in scheduling).
Job Overview:
Our client is a full-service property management company overseeing multifamily properties across two cities in New Mexico. They manage leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and operations with a focus on efficiency and growth.
We are hiring a full-time remote Property Management Assistant to support their Director of Asset Management. This individual will take full ownership of administrative property management tasks, enabling their on-site team to focus on strategic growth and operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage Buildium backend (leases, rent rolls, maintenance)
• Respond to all tenant communications
• Handle leasing inquiries and applications
• Coordinate calendars and lease activities
• Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Asset Management
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented
• Strong communication and Buildium or tech fluency
• Self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful
• Experience in property management is a plus
