Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Listings & Management Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and managing property listings across all major rental platforms and websites. This role requires someone who thrives in a digital environment, understands rental market dynamics, and is capable of improving property visibility and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, optimize, and maintain property listings across multiple rental platforms.
Monitor listing performance and adjust content, pricing, and photos to maximize visibility and occupancy.
Manage tenant inquiries, applications, and bookings professionally and promptly.
Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and virtual or in-person showings.
Track and report on key performance metrics for all listings.
Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams and property owners to implement marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing property listings on multiple online platforms.
Strong knowledge of rental property management processes, including tenant communication, bookings, and maintenance coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with experience using property management software, spreadsheets, and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
