They are seeking a Property & Casualty Product Analyst to support the Homeowners and Condo Forms and Compliance team by designing and optimizing documents and tools while ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing new products, and collaborating with internal teams for effective product implementation.ResponsibilitiesEnsure integrity of existing products by serving as a team member on channel-driven product enhancement projectsAssist in researching business ideas, market opportunities, or trends that lead to new product ideas. Assist in an effort to analyze the financial potential of new product ideasDefine and develop new product features and market positioning based on customer need and competitive environmentCreate, update, and manage paper and electronic documents based on organizational requirementsAudit existing form databases to eliminate redundancies and maintain version controlsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing best practices within the teamDevelop quality standards, administration, and policy language for new productsDevelop and present business plans and justification for new business opportunities/new productsCollaborate with internal teams for effective implementation of new and revised productsAnalyze testing of new products and existing product enhancements to ensure the product maintains positioning and profitabilityKeep up with the latest industry and consumer trends by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, Internet research, establishing personal networks, and/or participating in professional societiesProvide new thought direction and expertise to channels and client teams by attending brainstorming sessions for marketing, product enhancements or new product ideasAssist the client teams by attending client presentations as product experts when necessaryAssist with internal and external compliance inquiries from research to implementationOther support and duties as assignedIdentify procedural compliance gaps and recommend clear solutions to managementSkillsA minimum of 2 years of experience in an Homeowners or Condo insurance Product Analyst capacityLevel of knowledge ordinarily acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong planning, organizational, and analyzing skillsProven proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word and ExcelBachelor's, master's degree or P&C Insurance Institute Designation i.e..
