[Remote] Property and Casualty Operations Trainer

The Property and Casualty Operations Trainer will be responsible for driving and supporting the learning and development needs of operational staff within the Client Service Organization, focusing on curriculum development and training delivery to improve client experience through operational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and evaluating learning assets included in the role-based curriculumsDeveloping new learning assets designed to meet business needs, which may include materials for classroom-based learning, PowerPoint presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web-based training, job aids and performance support tools, assessments, certification programs, etcDelivering training in a classroom and/or a webinar setting; and Collaborating with HR, business management, and various functional teams to vet and align on milestone training deliverables, collaborate on the development and review of materials, and implement/rollout of new training courses/materialsInterprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field3+ years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerageProperty and Casualty Insurance experienceProficient in developing and following individual work plan(s)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project25% travel is required with specific area of travel being within assigned region and at times, travel to Gallagher headquartersProfessional certification (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance – CPLP) or equivalent training experience preferredApplied EpicProperty and Casualty LicenseInsurance and/or customer service learning and development experience preferredBenefitsMedical/dental/vision plans, which start from day one!Life and accident insurance401(K) and Roth optionsTax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA)Educational expense reimbursementPaid parental leaveDigital mental health services (Talkspace)Flexible work hours (availability varies by office and job function)Training programsGallagher Thrive program – elevating your health through challenges, workshops and digital fitness programs for your overall wellbeingCharitable matching gift programCompany OverviewWe are a law firm that specialises in corporate liability claims.
