As a Proof of Claim Processor, you'll play a vital role in preparing and processing Proof of Claim and 410A Proof of Claim Attachment, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process Proof of Claim (410 Form) and Proof of Claim 410A Attachment with precision and attention to detail
Package and file essential Loan Documents with the Bankruptcy Court, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Communicate effectively with clients, Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors' Attorneys to gather necessary information and resolve issues
Update client systems with the status of Proof of Claim, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
Maintain excellent client relations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Meet all client and court deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills
Requirements:
High school diploma required; bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, or accounting experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret client systems and software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to our core values and mission
