The role involves managing project lifecycles, leading discussions with clients, and ensuring timely communication and problem solving throughout the project.ResponsibilitiesProvides a consultative approach while effectively managing all steps in the implementation project lifecycle, from kick off to initial launchImplements low to medium complexity startup projectsLeads regular project discussions with client and study teams to review project plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive projects to completionEscalates complex issues and coordinates internal and external resources to foster timely problem solving and communicationMonitors and manages project scope, financials, and schedules leveraging Greenphire's tool sets to enable stakeholder visibilityIdentifies and communicates issues that could result in delayed implementation or risks that could impact financial exposureDemonstrates expertise in products and can onboard across multiple business unitsPrepares study transition materials that contribute to continued onboarding success with Greenphire's Project Delivery teamExcels at managing multiple start up implementationsProactively identifies client needs and develop, articulate, and drive towards appropriate solutionsAuthors, delivers, and manages a project tracker and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsEnsures study documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriatelyDemonstrates flawless execution of Greenphire's implementation best practicesPerforms other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitateTravels for client meetings and trainings as neededSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferredRelevant project management experience and/or trainingProject management experience and strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentDemonstrated analytical, creative problem solving and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS)Company OverviewSuvoda provides clinical trial management software and services.
