They are seeking a Project Manager for their Activate platform, responsible for leading the delivery of campaign implementations for health plan clients, ensuring that all project components are executed effectively and within scope.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Activate campaign implementations: Own project plans, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination for health plan clients from kickoff through go-live — managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment throughoutConfigure and document solution designs: Perform application configuration per implementation plan, document core logic and data specifications, and design workflows that translate client goals into campaign execution across Activate's multi-channel outreach capabilitiesOwn scope and budget integrity: Maintain each project's statement of work, manage change requests, estimate timeline and cost impacts, and track Professional Services hours to keep engagements on targetKeep clients and stakeholders aligned: Lead client-facing meetings, present project updates, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for health plan clients and brokers — navigating questions, concerns, and escalations with clarity and confidenceProtect quality and enable clean handoffs: Deliver defect-free outputs at every stage, document SOPs for ongoing operations, and transition completed implementations to Production Support without gapsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field3–5 years of project or program management experience in a client-facing or professional services environmentExperience managing health plan, benefits administration, or TPA implementations strongly preferredFamiliarity with outreach, campaign management, or member engagement solutions a plusPMP certification preferredMicrosoft Office Suite including Excel (pivot table proficiency required), Visio, Project, and PowerPointProject management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsAbility to manage and analyze large data sets in support of campaign configuration and reportingExperience managing health plan, benefits administration, or TPA implementations strongly preferredFamiliarity with outreach, campaign management, or member engagement solutions a plusPMP certification preferredBenefitsCompetitive base salary and benefits effective day oneComprehensive medical and dental through our own health solutions (yes, we use what we build)Unlimited PTO—rest and recharge time is non-negotiableMental health support, retirement planning, and financial protectionProfessional development with clear career progression and learning budgetsMission-driven culture where diverse perspectives drive real impact on people's healthCompany OverviewPersonify Health is a software that provides health plan administration, comprehensive health navigation, and holistic well-being solutions.
