The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals while managing multiple projects in healthcare client environments.ResponsibilitiesPlan the project Coordinate transitions from sales to services and eventually transition to customer success for long-term supportFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsModify standard project plan to meet the requirements listed in the Statement of WorkDetermine key project success factors for the project that will be evaluated upon completionStaff the project In consultation with the implementation managers, assign the appropriate resources to the project planEnsure all project team members understand the project scope and success factorsProvide direction and support to the project teamImplement the project Use EPM tool to track project progress, monitor project plans, work hours and budgetsExecute the project according to the project planFacilitate weekly project status calls with the customer project managerProvide clear communications with the customer regarding project expectationsProvide monthly status reports to all key stakeholders (internal and external)Develop relationships with hospital senior leadership teamControl the project Manage project budgetManage project resource allocationMaintain project issue and risk log and create mitigation strategies when neededReview, track and manage project change ordersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsMonitor and trigger appropriate billing milestones per the signed agreementFacilitate the project transition to account management and support once all project deliverables have been completed per the project planEvaluate the project Prepare project completion documents and ensure all required project close out documents are obtainedEnsure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of qualityEvaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phaseSkillsMust have experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR, EHR or similarMinimum 2 years' experience in project managementKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsProven experience in strategic planning, change management and risk assessmentProficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of productsKnowledge of Healthcare industry is a plusExcellent listening and communication skillsProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environmentStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsDemonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesCritical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong presentation and documentation skillsBenefitsRemote first work environmentHealth, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance options available day one.401K - with match and immediately vested.17 company holidays, 2 floating holidays plus competitive paid time off policyInternal Advancement OpportunitiesCompany OverviewPerfectServe offers intelligent voice and online and mobile clinical communication solutions for the healthcare industry.
