[Remote] Project Manager - Transformation

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to join their Transformation Management Office (TMO). The role involves executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, partnering with executive leaders, and ensuring projects stay on track through effective monitoring and communication.ResponsibilitiesManage and track transformation initiatives from planning through executionMonitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful project completionIdentify risks, roadblocks, and delays, and proactively work with stakeholders to develop solutionsDrive accountability and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiativesLead the development and sequencing of detailed project workplans for new initiativesEstablish clear milestones, ownership, timelines, and success metricsConduct regular workplan reviews and identify opportunities to improve executionCollect, analyze, and interpret data to measure project progress and effectivenessDevelop reporting tools and dashboards that provide visibility into initiative performanceIdentify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvementPrepare concise, data-driven updates for senior leadership and the Board of DirectorsCommunicate project status, key risks, accomplishments, and recommendationsEnsure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecyclePartner with initiative owners and leaders across the organization to drive executionFacilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and accountabilityConduct regular follow-ups with task owners to monitor progress and remove barriersUnderstand how individual initiatives contribute to broader organizational objectivesProvide insights and recommendations that help leaders make informed decisionsSupport the Transformation Management Office in driving a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvementSkills4+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting strategic, operational, or transformation-focused initiativesDemonstrated success managing projects from planning through implementationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level updatesProficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, Monday.com, or similar toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other highly regulated industriesBackground in management consulting, business transformation, strategy execution, or continuous improvementPMP or other project management certificationsExperience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise-wide initiativesCompany OverviewBehavioral Health Group (BHG) is the largest network of Joint Commission-accredited outpatient opioid treatment and recovery centers in the U.S., delivering comprehensive, personalized evidence-based medical and behavioral therapies for individuals with opioid use disorder.
