The role involves administrative tasks, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, and preparing project documents and reports.ResponsibilitiesContinuously update and manage project progress/status reportsMaintain full-time availability for 8-hour workdaysDemonstrate professionalism, comfort, and confidence in phone communications, engaging with various governing jurisdictionsProficiently organize and update tracker information using Excel documentsSkillfully craft and send professional emails for both internal and external communicationSkillsEagerness to acquire proficiency in new software applications and proactively seek guidance when neededProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and ExcelQuick learning aptitude to adapt swiftlyExceptional organizational skillsProficient English language abilities for effective communication with clients and governing jurisdictionsProficiency in multitasking efficientlyRequires High school diploma or equivalent.
