[Remote] Project Manager - Software Implementation

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of cloud-based service lifecycle management solutions for global clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, budgets, and scope.ResponsibilitiesManaging project scope, timeline, risks, and commercials (contract, budget, percentage of completion, change requests, etc.) of typically 6-12 month projects with a budget of up to 1m USDPartnering with the customer project manager in actively driving implementation projects to success, starting with an on-point definition and management of project goals and success criteriaCoordinating project teams with customer and Syncron team members from different locations around the globe, and coaching them to follow out Syncron’s standardized methodologyIdentifying and actively mitigating project risks together with the project Solution Architect and Technical LeadDriving the project team to progress – leveraging end-to-end customer business process thinking rather than system capabilities and always keeping the project objectives and contractual conditions in mindSkillsCompleted university with a qualified degree, for example in Industrial Management, Economics, EngineeringWorked a minimum of 2-3 years implementing SaaS solutions, of which no less than 2 years you managed projects of a similar sizeTake accountability for customer needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients, which can also mean for the customer to adopt best practices and implement changeStructured work approach and drive project progress through your project planEnjoy communicating in a group and lead through meetings to achieve set objectivesFluently communicate in business English orally and in writingHappy to travel & spend time directly with your clients (20-25% travel can be expected)Experience working with warranty, supply chain or pricing softwareStrong experience in after-sales domainBenefits401(k) plan with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRemote workingPaid time offCompany OverviewSyncron empowers the world’s leading manufacturers to maximize product uptime and deliver exceptional after-sales service experiences.
