[Remote] Project Manager Senior - Value Based Platform

The role involves providing operational and project management support, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to enhance project execution and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesReports to the Vice President of Value Based ProgramsWorks closely with various Geisinger VPās and other leaders whose teams are completing work for the VBP solutionsThis role will focus heavily on building, implementing, and maintaining formalized project management tools and practices with a constant eye on opportunities for process improvementManage and report status of Geisinger VBP project work on 10 existing VBP cross-organization solutions, with expansion to a total of 14 or more in 2027Implement and utilize project management tools and processes to ensure tracking, transparency and timeliness of completion for project milestonesEnsure status tracking and follow up on Geisinger accountable itemsImplement and manage process for Geisinger risk identification, tracking, and resolution documentationDocument key decisions made by Geisinger, Risant, and KP within scope of VBP projectsIdentify key dependencies and outline critical path items to avoid potential barriers to achieving targetsMaintain master Geisinger roster of participants/title/role for each solution and solution subgroup/teamProvide administrative support to portfolio of initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating meeting material production, documenting minutes, and action item resolutionCoordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring meetings are in the right order and have the correct participants across multiple organizationsCoordinate and schedule site visits as necessaryEnsure correct meeting cadence and frequency as approved via solution leadersMaintain ongoing database of Risant and VBP project listing to improve Geisinger leadership awareness and avoid duplication of work or inaccurate approval requestsCreate and maintain a single document repository of key materials for each solutionCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goalsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSkillsBachelor's Degree- (Required)Minimum of 4 years-Managing people, processes, or projects (Required)Be highly independent and skilled in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision makingPossess adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to work well in ambiguous situationsBe experienced in driving discussions towards clarity during complex and challenging project meetingsBe highly skilled in Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including use of various Microsoft Office applications and Project Management toolsComputer LiteracyTeamworkBenefitsWe offer healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one, including vision, dental and domestic partners.We encourage an atmosphere of collaboration, cooperation and collegiality.Company OverviewGeisinger is a health and wellness organization that offers orthopaedic, weight-management, and heart care services.
