The Project Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders while managing project scope, budget, and quality.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring they follow Agile principles and practicesLead and manage either one or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budgetDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables based on the SOW (Statement of Work). Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and key dependenciesMaintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to ensure allocated budget is not exceededAssemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources. Foster collaboration and communication among team membersIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycleMaintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and achievementsEnsure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement quality control processesPrepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Highlight key milestones, issues, and risksSkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5 to 10 years' experience in project managementMinimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project ManagerProven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teamsExperience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategiesExperience in conducting quality reviews and implementing corrective actionsProject management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etcProject Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practicesScrum Master Skills: In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum principlesCommunication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong Project Leadership skills: Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project executionStakeholder Management: Skill in managing stakeholder expectations and addressing their needsQuality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, while directing QA LeadConflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and disputes within project teams or with stakeholdersProblem-Solving: Address project issues and challenges with innovative solutionsEscalation Management: Manage proper internal communication to Argano leadership team and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate internal and external escalation processes are followedMBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree preferredExperience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects is preferredPrevious experience in IT industries and with ERP and/or CRM technology platformsCompany OverviewArgano is a next-generation business and technology services provider that builds digital foundations that help businesses run better.
