Remote Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital projects on time and within scope. This role combines traditional project management responsibilities with Agile Scrum facilitation, ensuring smooth execution of sprints, clear communication across teams, and continuous improvement of development processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing distributed (remote) teams across different time zones.
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for software or business initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities
• Maintain and track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth workflow across teams
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and status updates
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to track progress
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–7+ years of experience in project management or Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Asana, or similar
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle fast-changing priorities
