[Remote] Project Manager – RxLogic Upgrade

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an RxLogic system upgrade initiative. The role involves leading project execution, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of the RxLogic upgrade.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the RxLogic upgrade project from planning through implementation and deploymentDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partnersManage system upgrade activities including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and go-live supportOversee project documentation, including status reports, project plans, contracts, and purchase orders (POs)Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and project commitmentsTrack project budgets, resources, and overall project performanceIdentify risks/issues and drive resolution strategiesFacilitate project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholdersSkills5+ years of experience with RxLogic or similar pharmacy/healthcare technology systemsProven experience managing system upgrades, implementations, or major enhancementsStrong project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiativesExperience managing contracts, vendor relationships, and purchase ordersExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively across business, IT, and operational teamsExperience within healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences environmentsExperience supporting enterprise technology implementationsPMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferredExperience managing regulated environments and compliance-driven projectsCompany OverviewIntellectt Inc.
