This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective project execution.ResponsibilitiesManages large, complex programs and projects, ranging from focused RCM implementations and optimizations to enterprise-wide or regulatory-driven workDevelops comprehensive program and project business cases, charters, project plans, templates, and proceduresActively participates in strategy development and program prioritization, turning data and competing cross-functional feedback into clear, actionable directionKeeps projects on track by holding business owners accountable, following through on deliverables, and effectively prioritizing when timelines are tight and resources are limitedProactively identifies process gaps within the revenue cycle and broader enterprise operations instead of reacting after issues escalateCollaborates comfortably and effectively across operations, IT, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignmentSkills8-12 years of project management experienceBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceCommunication Mastery: Clear and concise communicator to ensure updates and recommendations are communicated effectively. Adapts communication style seamlessly based on the audience, ranging from frontline teams to executive leadershipRisk & Outcome Management: Adept at flagging risks early and explaining their specific operational and financial impacts. Focused strictly on practical outcomes and measurable improvementCore Project Management Excellence: Above all, this role requires an exceptional, disciplined project manager capable of driving complex, large-scale initiatives and holding teams accountableRevenue Cycle Expertise (Highly Preferred): While expert project management is the primary requirement, a strong, working knowledge of the full revenue cycle is highly desired.
