[Remote] Project Manager (Q2C)

Glotel, Inc. is assisting a client with a major merger and acquisition by seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to support a Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementation initiative. The role will involve managing project schedules, overseeing multiple projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Q2C-related initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage project schedules, coordination, and delivery of Q2C-related initiativesOversee multiple concurrent projects in a complex M&A environmentSupport translation and integration of billing systems and processesCoordinate across internal teams and stakeholders on design, development, integration, testing, and QAEnsure projects are completed on time and aligned to business requirementsIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and dependenciesUnderstand and communicate technical concepts including billing, provisioning, and operational workflowsSkillsExperience supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) initiatives as a Project Manager OR Extensive experience leading billing systems implementationsExperience working in Agile environmentsAbility to work up to 30 hours per week across 5 daysStrong understanding of billing systems, order management, or revenue operationsProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projectsQ2C: 1 year (Required)Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or related fieldPMP certification (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting M&A or large transformation effortsExperience with CPQ, ERP, or billing platformsBenefits401(k)Health insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceLaptop providedCompany OverviewGlotel is a staffing and recruiting company that provides telecom and it staffing solutions.
