[Remote] Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Learning & Training

Logan Elite is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical-focused organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing learning and training initiatives. This role involves managing the delivery of training projects, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical content standards.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead end-to-end delivery of pharmaceutical learning and training projects
ā¢ Serve as primary client point of contact
ā¢ Manage timelines, scope, resources, and cross-functional teams
ā¢ Coordinate writers, editors, production, and account teams
ā¢ Prepare deliverables for client and MLR review
ā¢ Ensure compliance with pharma content submission standards
ā¢ Monitor project financials and manage to budget and margin
ā¢ Identify scope changes and support change orders
Skills
ā¢ 3+ years project management experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences
ā¢ Experience supporting eLearning and/or workshop-based training
ā¢ Understanding of MLR review process and submission platforms
ā¢ Strong budgeting and margin management experience
ā¢ Excellent client-facing communication skills
