We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing patient and health-related data migration, governance, data cleansing, data export, APIs, and enterprise data modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP, as well as exceptional communication skills and experience working with project management tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data migration efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage project timelines, deliverables, scopes, risks, and lead project status meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and stakeholders
Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and capacity plans
Ensure adherence to standard program and project tools, metrics, and best practices
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects
5+ years of experience working as part of an enterprise PMO
Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements and familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, or claims processing
Strong communication, IT, budget, and reporting skills
Proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software
