Remote Project Manager - Manufacturing & Supply Chain | WFH

Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Project Manager to become an integral part of our Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. This role involves managing the operations within the tool crib, focusing on the optimization of storage for parts while leading the crib team in their daily functions. You will divide your time between desk-based responsibilities and hands-on support on the shop floor, where your leadership will facilitate the successful execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
Β• Oversee tool crib operations, ensuring efficient organization and storage of parts and supplies.
Β• Guide the crib team in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Β• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.
Β• Foster collaboration among team members and management, creating an inclusive and positive work environment.
Β• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective exchanges.
Β• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to consistently meet deadlines.
Β• Occasionally operate a forklift, requiring valid certification.

Required Skills
Β• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including the ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP and create work templates.
Β• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for the preparation of presentations.
Β• Strong spelling and grammar skills, coupled with excellent typing abilities.
Β• Valid driverΒ’s license.

Qualifications
Β• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Β• 2-4 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internships will be considered).
