[Remote] Project Manager IV – Design Excellence Team

IntePros is seeking a highly skilled Project & Operations Manager to lead process and workstreams on behalf of the Design Excellence Team. This role is responsible for overseeing operational strategy, capacity planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.ResponsibilitiesOversee capacity planning, intake, budget, scheduling, and project reviewsCreate and publish recaps, securing approvals from mid- to senior-level leadershipDevelop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiencyOwn program strategy for end-to-end delivery using established project development lifecycles and workflowsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationIdentify blockers, develop mitigation plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholdersKeep internal and partner teams informed and aligned on priorities and risksManage additional design or internal projects as assignedManage project schedules and resource capacity across multiple initiativesPartner with stakeholders to clarify constraints and make trade-offs to accelerate deliveryConduct meetings and provide status updates to leadershipImplement process improvements and operational best practicesCollaborate closely with team members while ensuring independent project executionSkills5+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in technology or digital servicesExperience with capacity planning, intake, budgeting, scheduling, and reviewsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management and reporting tools such as AirTable, Smartsheet, or AsanaExcellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical and business stakeholdersProven track record of process improvement and operational optimizationOperations management experience – 5+ years, preferably in technology or digital servicesBenefitsFlexibility for remote workCompany OverviewIntePros is an established, woman-owned, privately-held technology and business services consulting agency committed to building long-term relationships and helping more companies leverage the power of a more diverse workforce.
