Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives with a strong focus on Workday implementations. The role involves driving end-to-end project delivery, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration during organizational transformations.ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle Workday implementation projects (HCM, Financials, or integrations), ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budgetManage post-merger integration (PMI) activities, including system consolidation, process alignment, and organizational onboardingPartner with executive leadership and functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and success metricsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structuresCoordinate across cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) within a professional services organizationDrive change management and communication strategies to support adoption during system implementations and integrationsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with system deployments and M&A transitionsOversee third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators as neededEnsure data integrity and accuracy throughout system migrations and business integrationsProvide regular status updates and executive reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomesSkills7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise systems and transformation initiativesProven track record of leading Workday implementations (HCM and/or Financials required)Demonstrated experience supporting mergers & acquisitions, including system and process integrationBackground in a professional services organization (consulting, accounting, advisory, or similar)Company OverviewCherry Bekaert is an accounting firm that offers tax, audit, and advisory solutions.
