[Remote] Project Manager, Industrial Water Treatment

ChemTreat is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee industrial water treatment projects from pre-construction through execution and closeout. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems and involves coordinating across multiple stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage industrial water treatment projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budgetReview, develop, and respond to mechanical RFPs, including scope definition, cost estimates, and proposal coordinationSupport pre-construction planning, including scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocationCoordinate closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sitesServe as the primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance managementOversee procurement processes and ensure alignment with project timelines and specificationsCollaborate with engineering, sales, and field service teams to ensure seamless project executionMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as neededMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clientsEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesPrepare and present project updates, reports, and documentationSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–7+ years of project management experience in industrial water treatment, mechanical systems, or related industriesProven experience with mechanical RFPs and pre-construction processesStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExperience coordinating logistics, transportation, and material delivery for large-scale projectsDemonstrated ability to manage vendors and subcontractors effectivelyExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentExperience working with glycol systems (design, application, or maintenance)Familiarity with industrial water treatment equipment, systems, and processesBenefitsBonus PayPaid time offMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k) to eligible employeesCompany OverviewChemTreat is a leading provider of water and process treatment solutions.
