[Remote] Project Manager - Industrial Services

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex industrial and federal construction projects, managing financials, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful project execution.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project operations including financial performance, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality, and safetyPlan, coordinate, integrate, monitor, and support preparation of project and contract proposalsDevelop project scopes, schedules, and budgetsEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and specificationsMaintain active communication with clients regarding project status, schedule, budget, and technical progressPrepare and submit timely and accurate invoicingCoordinate with Program Management to assemble appropriate project teamsManage project scope changes and contract modificationsIdentify growth and development opportunities for project staffEnsure compliance with company purchasing requirementsPerform project closeout activities and maintain project documentationMonitor project performance and report variances from plan while recommending corrective actionsPrepare declarations of revenueParticipate in professional development and industry activities to support corporate growth and visibilityCoordinate with leadership regarding project financial performance, quality, technical execution, and safety complianceDevelop project proposal costing and pricingImplement and manage project budgetsSupport business development efforts within the industrial services programParticipate in contract and specification review meetings prior to project executionDistribute approved contract documents and specifications to internal stakeholdersTravel to project sites 1–2 times per month or as directed by leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of progressive project/program management experience including financial and supervisory responsibility OR High School diploma or GED with 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience including financial and supervisory responsibilityExperience in DoD fueling systems repair, maintenance, or constructionExperience in construction quality controlExperience in client management and/or business developmentFamiliarity with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), OSHA standards, and USACE EM-385 requirementsStrong understanding of federal government contract types including: Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M)Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, subcontractors, and internal resourcesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordStrong attention to detailMust be able to pass a background check required for access to U.S. military installationsValid driver's license requiredAbility to travel to project sites as neededAPI 570 Piping InspectorAPI 653 Aboveground Storage Tank InspectorSteel Tank Institute Tank Systems InspectorAMPP Level I Coatings InspectorProject Management Professional (PMP)BenefitsComprehensive medicalDentalVisionGenerous paid time off and holidays401(k) plan with company matchLife insuranceFlexible spending and health savings accountMental health support and resourcesShort and long-term disabilityTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewTepa is a tribally-owned small business that offers full capabilities in construction, professional and industrial services.
