[Remote] Project Manager – Imaging

This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and high customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of imaging equipment installations, from sales order review through customer handoffManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectationsDrive project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of the installation lifecycleIdentify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines, cost, or customer satisfactionServe as the primary point of contact between GE HealthCare and the customer for all installation-related activitiesDrive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expectation setting, and issue resolutionEnsure successful customer onboarding and training in partnership with Application teamsMaintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholdersPartner with Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project executionCoordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholdersAlign project execution with commercial commitments and operational capabilitiesEnsure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and processesDrive productivity and efficiency throughout the installation processMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutionsSkillsBachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of project management experience, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of project management experienceExperience leading cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersAbility to work from a home office and travel regularly, including overnight travel as requiredValid driver's licenseFormal project management training or courseworkExperience in construction, site planning, or working with building tradesExperience managing large-scale projects with successful on-time deliveryCustomer-facing experience in clinical or healthcare environmentsFamiliarity with GE HealthCare imaging productsProficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or MagicPlanProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationSix Sigma certification or Lean experienceCompany OverviewEvery day millions of people feel the impact of our intelligent devices, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
