The role involves ensuring delivery rigor, managing project plans, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the integrated Food Minerva project plan, aligning milestones, dependencies, and timelines across data engineering, governance, testing, change & adoption, and cutover workstreamsMaintain detailed plans aligned to PI, testing, and cutover timelinesTrack milestones, critical paths, and inter‐workstream dependenciesEnsure plan updates reflect approved scope, sequencing, and delivery changesDrive disciplined execution of the project plan by monitoring progress against scope, schedule, and key deliverablesTrack workstream status and delivery commitmentsIdentify schedule variances and drive corrective actionsEnsure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and timelinesOwn the active management of project‐level risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize delivery disruptionMaintain and regularly update RAID logsProactively surface cross‐workstream dependencies and bottlenecksDrive mitigation plans and escalate risks requiring leadership interventionEstablish and run project‐level governance routines to ensure transparency and timely decision‐makingPrepare and deliver weekly project status reports and dashboardsSupport steering, CAB, and leadership forums with clear status, risks, and decisions neededEnsure alignment between project‐level reporting and program‐level governanceAct as the central coordination point across Food Minerva workstreams and stakeholdersCoordinate activities across engineering, testing, change, cutover, and business teamsEnsure handoffs between phases (build → test → UAT → cutover) are planned and executedSupport alignment between Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Program LeadershipSupport disciplined scope and change management across the project lifecycleTrack scope changes and ensure impacts to schedule, cost, and resources are understoodFacilitate change intake and approval workflowsEnsure approved changes are reflected in plans, reporting, and delivery commitmentsProvide project management support through cutover and stabilization phasesCoordinate readiness activities across testing, change, and cutover leadsTrack go‐live action items, issues, and stabilization milestonesSupport post‐go‐live reporting and closure activitiesEnsure project documentation is maintained to enterprise and program standardsMaintain project artifacts including plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reportsSupport audit, compliance, and leadership review needsEnsure documentation reflects final delivery outcomesSkillsMinimum of four years of related work experienceMinimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
