They are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead complex projects, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction while managing project execution and collaboration with various teams.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects with MEP componentsCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet objectivesReview and coordinate design documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry requirementsMonitor project performance, address risks, and implement corrective actions when necessaryLead client and internal meetings to drive decisions and progressEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standardsSupport procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiationsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project staffMaintain detailed project records and reportingSkills4+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects that require coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and schedulesExperience working in technical environments that involved multiple disciplines or external partnersDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional teams and manage competing prioritiesExperience coordinating external consultants, vendors, or subcontractorsExperience managing project budgets, scope changes, or change orders in client facing environmentsExperience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and client communicationStrong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationProficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Teamwork, or similar platformsExperience with MEP systemsBenefitsEligible employees may participate in Meade-sponsored benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and other company-sponsored benefits.Benefit eligibility and offerings are subject to plan terms and applicable policies.Company OverviewMeade is a construction company offering construction and maintenance services.
