The role involves managing cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance, and contributing to operational excellence and business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, objectives, and deliverablesLead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic business initiativesTranslate project objectives into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomesManage multiple projects of low-to-moderate complexity or lead large-scale initiativesSupport product launch activities and ensure operational readiness and execution of launch milestonesConduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risksMonitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues when appropriateEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standardsFacilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadershipPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and project communicationsRecommend process improvements that enhance performance, quality, efficiency, and profitabilitySupport workload management and coordination of project resources as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field3–5+ years of professional project management experienceExperience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsExcellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilitiesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive alignment across teamsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentMBA and/or PMP certification preferredExperience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, or customer service environmentsKnowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and supply chain processesExperience supporting product launches and operational readiness initiativesFamiliarity with project management tools, business financial systems, and reporting platformsProven ability to influence without direct authority and lead through collaborationCompany OverviewK3-Innovations is redefining clinical research with a strategic scaling approach, blending AI-powered automation, adaptive clinical resourcing, and advanced data science.
