[Remote] Project Manager II - Large Scale Resources

ECLARO is looking for a Project Manager - Large Scale Resources for their client in Albany, NY, who advocates for energy efficiency and clean energy technology. The role involves leading project monitoring, reporting, and compliance, while serving as the primary contact for developers and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead monitoring and reporting of construction progress, attend multiagency meetings and analyze submitted reportsOrganize and lead site visits in the field for assigned projectsLead the proactive identification, and reporting on project and schedule risk along with mitigation activities as neededPerform contract compliance monitoring and maintain tracking tools, escalating issues as neededMaintain construction reports and documentation on SharePointParticipate in internal and external project meetingsDevelop appropriate project metrics and tracking mechanismsGenerate charts, tables and tools as necessary to quickly convey project status to executivesServe of the primary point of contact with a select group of developers and stakeholders on behalf of the program and certain assigned projectsAssist with program event planning and development of materials for the media by cross collaboratingOther duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Large Scale Renewables teamSkillsExperience with construction management and monitoringExperience with schedule creation, forecasting and analysis including time and resourcesMaintain timely and accurate reporting to managementContract interpretation and analysis of complianceFamiliar with construction contracts and subcontractsKnowledge of Article VIII and SEQR permitting processesAbility to work independentlyExcellent writing and communication skillsKnowledge of the Tier 1 Program's Standard Form AgreementAbility to create schedules with dependencies and predecessors and perform analysis on schedule shiftDemonstrated experience developing KPIs for construction projects, monitoring and reporting on risk and proposing mitigation.
