[Remote] Project Manager II, IRT Client Services

The role involves managing assigned IRT studies ensuring timely delivery of study drugs, maintaining data integrity, and developing strong client relationships throughout the study lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesAct as main point of contact for the client during study maintenanceOrganize or participate in regular client meetingsRespond to all client requests in a timely mannerManage budget and Change Orders (Cos) as requiredProvide regular updates to client on study related informationProactively review supply strategy for improvements and identify risksPeriodically review study data to identify trends or issuesAuthor data change requests based on client’s needPre-approve data change requests raised by Helpdesk staffCoordinate the implementation and review of the data changesReview Helpdesk tickets that get escalated from Helpdesk to Project ManagementTake appropriate actions to resolve the tickets as quickly as possibleInitiate updates to Helpdesk study guidesDraft study specific user guides and finalize based on PM commentsInvestigate issues and manage them through to resolutionReview study alerts and action or escalate as appropriate in a proactive wayMay provide information and training to new hiresMay attend Investigator Meetings, or participate in client audits (representing study)May manage System Change Requests (SCRs) for bug fixes other than the category of 'PMG'Work with a system design PM, assisting with User Guides and Helpdesk study guides for SCRs as neededOther related duties as required by business needSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required6 months to 3 years clinical research or project management experience requiredStrong customer service ethic, always providing excellent service to both internal and external ‘clients'Confident in working with external ClientsAccountable to perform tasks on-time, and with high quality.
