[Remote] Project Manager (Experis Service Desk)

This role involves leading and managing the implementation of Epic systems, overseeing healthcare IT projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance healthcare operations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Epic Service Desk implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goalsDesign, build, and optimize remote service desks to support end-users during GoLive and post-GoLive phasesDevelop and implement project plans, timelines, schedules and budgets to ensure successful activationsEstablish and enforce best practices for service desk operations, incident management, and troubleshootingLead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption across the organizationCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including IT teams, clinical staff, and third-party vendors to streamline project activitiesOversee end-user training, support, and onboarding to enhance adoption of the Epic platformMonitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategiesConduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize future projectsUpdate and maintain the project schedule through proactive engagement with project stakeholdersCoordinate communications, organize meetings, and ensure effective meeting setupsDevelop and present PowerPoint presentations to guide and drive meetingsDrive project decisions and milestones in collaboration with stakeholdersFacilitate collaboration between internal business units and client stakeholders, bridging gaps between subject matter expertsSkillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project management experienceExperience: 5 – 7 years of Epic implementation experience, led over 10+ Epic GoLive ActivationsProven experience in designing, building, and managing remote service desks with a strong understanding of Epic modules, workflows, and healthcare IT systemsExperience with Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPointBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, IT, Project Management, or a related fieldPMP, CPHIMS, or other relevant certifications are a plusExceptional organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teamsExperience with service desk tools and platforms, adhering to ITIL best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, translating complex issues into actionable solutionsProven track record in healthcare consulting or working with large healthcare systemsProficient in agile project management methodologiesCompany OverviewManpowerGroup is a human resource consulting firm that provides recruitment, assessment, training, and development services.
