[Remote] Project Manager - ERP Systems

The role involves managing all phases of ERP-related projects, serving as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, and supporting change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage all phases of ERP-related projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
ā¢ Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters, work breakdown structures, project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and lessons learned documentation
ā¢ Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business teams, and project stakeholders
ā¢ Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and work with teams to resolve them
ā¢ Support and lead change management initiatives in partnership with program teams
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
ā¢ 5+ years of project management experience
ā¢ 2+ years of experience building and leading project teams
ā¢ Experience working with structured project management methodologies
ā¢ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
