The role involves leading the transition of multiple ticketing systems to ServiceNow and managing project plans while ensuring effective communication with executive leaders. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end transition of multiple legacy ticketing systems to the ServiceNow platform by partnering with Service Delivery, IT Program, and ServiceNow Platform teams • Elicit, document, and translate business and technical requirements from system owners and users to ensure all necessary ServiceNow functionality is delivered • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans using established project management tools, aligning cross-functional teams and tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks • Provide executive-level reporting and communication, including status updates, risk mitigation, metrics, and visual presentations to ensure transparency and successful delivery Skills • Background working with CRM systems and teams planning the transition of multiple ticketing systems to ServiceNow • Project Management skills eliciting requirements from multiple teams and structuring the information for the development partners and aligning team activities with IT Program management team to deliver cohesive results • Experience reporting status, risks, and metrics to Executive Level Leaders; creating presentations in PowerPoint to visually convey information • Use available project management tools to develop and keep up to date a detailed project plan of all activities needed to complete the transition Company Overview • NextPath Career Partners is a recruitment firm that provides targeted hiring solutions for companies.
