InGenesis is a trusted Healthcare Services Firm seeking a Project Manager Consultant to provide strategic leadership and consultative support across all phases of project delivery. The role involves driving successful implementations, maximizing revenue opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert throughout the account lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert and consultant throughout the account lifecycle, from pre-sales through implementationPlan, lead, and coordinate activities across multiple concurrent client projectsPresent implementation updates, risks, and project status in executive-level meetings with internal and client stakeholdersProvide strategic and tactical leadership in delivery planning, quality management, resource coordination, and execution to support enterprise-wide business objectivesAct as the first point of integration and escalation for client engagements, ensuring alignment across teams during deployment and implementation effortsEnsure project and portfolio management tools and templates are consistently used, maintained, and accurately reflect project statusMonitor and report on project performance against objectives, ensuring compliance with established project management standards and best practicesDevelop and maintain repeatable, scalable, and sustainable implementation processes that support consistent project deliveryContribute to implementation communications and stakeholder updates to support successful MSP and staffing deploymentsProvide implementation expertise across the MSP and staffing solution lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-go-live support as neededPromote continuous improvement practices that drive faster, more cost-effective implementations while mitigating risk and maintaining fiscal awareness across project activitiesDevelop and manage detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion and alignment with client objectivesLead recurring status meetings with internal teams and clients and provide clear, actionable project updatesRespond proactively to client and stakeholder needs with a strong focus on service and resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and support delivery across multiple initiativesAdapt quickly to client technologies and evolving business needs to support successful implementation outcomesPerform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goalsSkillsBachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting implementation projects in a client-facing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioAbility to travel as needed, up to 10%PMP certification preferredExperience working with VMS applications such as FieldGlass and PeopleFluentCompany OverviewInGenesis is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in payrolling and talent acquisition services.
