They are seeking a Project Manager for Capital Planning to coordinate equipment planning and installation on major capital projects while managing supplier relationships and project budgets.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating details related to equipment planning and installation of capital equipment to meet critical deadlines and accountabilities on major large scale capital projectsFacilitating replacement capitalManaging strategic supplier relationships with regard to Capital Equipment sourcing, negotiation and administration of agreements for the Capital Sourcing contracts related to FF&E requirements, needs and vendor managementManaging and implementing capital initiatives and strategiesManaging contracts, and standardization and initiative opportunitiesManaging "upward" toward enterprise-wide capital strategiesCoordinating and facilitating resource sharing and consensus building processes and programs in collaboration with executive, administrative, with both clinical and non-clinical staffManaging and is accountable to multimillion dollar project budgets and deadlinesSkillsBachelor's Degree Business Administration or Construction Management.
