[Remote] Project Manager, Business Development Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wasserman operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. They are seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development Operations to support new business pitches, handling various opportunities across creative and social media management. The role involves project management of RFI and RFP responses and developing materials to support business growth.
Responsibilities
• Project management of RFI and RFP responses
• Development of materials including decks and case studies to support the growth of our business
• Building presentation materials
• Writing case studies
• Facilitating communication across teams
• Tracking progress on multiple RFIs, RFPs and projects
Skills
• 1-3 years experience working at a social or creative agency in new business, account management or project management
• Strong written communication skills – writing is a critical element of the role
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote – ability to create presentation and/or pitch decks is important
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, holding yourself accountable to making progress despite competing priorities
• Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
• Innate curiosity about the work we do and our industry
