[Remote] Project Manager, Business Development Operations

They are seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development Operations to support new business pitches, project management of RFI and RFP responses, and development of materials to foster business growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport new business pitches within our creative agencyHandling opportunities across creative, social media management and creators/influencersResponsible for project management of RFI and RFP responsesDevelopment of materials including decks and case studies to support the growth of our businessBuilding presentation materialsWriting case studiesFacilitating communication across teamsTracking progress on multiple RFIs, RFPs and projectsDraft work back schedules for pitchesCollaborate with the pitch lead and key stakeholders to gain input and buy inHold everyone accountable to the timelineCommunicate consistent updatesTake notes and develop accurate, actionable next steps coming out of all meetings and check-insManage and archive all client decks, presentations and case studiesSkills1-3 years experience working at a social or creative agency in new business, account management or project managementStrong written communication skills – writing is a critical element of the roleStrong proficiency in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote – ability to create presentation and/or pitch decks is importantHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, holding yourself accountable to making progress despite competing prioritiesCommitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacyInnate curiosity about the work we do and our industryStrategic & curious: Takes genuine curiosity in the work we do for our clients. While you're not a creative or strategist, you want to learn and understand the services we provide to clients to fill in your understanding of what Wasserman does and why we're uniqueStrong deck builder who finds ways to get involved: You know how to weave together a story, and you're able to identify and source the right slides from Wasserman's existing materials to explain your POV on why we're the right fit for a specific opportunity, including the right mix of case studies to demonstrate our expertise. You're not a designer, but you know how to balance visuals and text on a slide. You've been known to “design” things in PowerPoint or Keynote. It bothers you when text formatting isn't consistent from slide to slide. You're known to be detail-orientedExcellent communicator: Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to articulate a narrative when writing case studies and RFI/RFP responses. Over-communicates on project statuses, independently managing workload and flagging when there is an issue meeting a deadline. Meticulous about proofreading decks for spelling, grammar and clarityProactive project management skills: You're able to draft work back schedules for pitches and collaborate with the pitch lead and key stakeholders to gain input and buy in.
