[Remote] Project Manager - Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 21Tech is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to assist in the stabilization and support of the newly implemented CalSAWS ecosystem. The role involves leading project initiatives for program improvement and conducting business analysis to enhance processes within social services systems. Responsibilities • Lead and take ownership of project initiatives for program improvement • Detail design analysis and review • Identify opportunities for improving business processes through automation and assist in the preparation of Change Enhancement Requests to propose new requirements. Interface with users to determine system needs and/or within process gaps where the system intersects with operations. • Issue Analysis and Recommended Solutions • Business Process Reengineering by working with the various business units to review and redesign their current business processes resulting from the implementation of the CalSAWS System, and propose changes to operations and procedures that are required to implement redesigned processes. • Identify areas of improvement, redundancies, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies, and recommend solutions that offer the highest potential impact to meet target performance outcomes. Skills • Hourly Pay rate W2: $62 per hour • Duration: Estimated 1 year with option to extend based on funding availability. • Work Location: This is a remote position, but the candidate may be required to be on-site occasionally.
