[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee large-scale projects from planning to completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractors while ensuring successful project execution across various job sites nationwide.ResponsibilitiesManage heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through project completionOversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project executionLead and coordinate large field crews, subcontractors, and union workforcesManage projects ranging from approximately $50M to $200M+ in valueCollaborate with General Managers, Superintendents, field teams, and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achievedMonitor project performance, productivity, safety, and financial outcomesCoordinate project scheduling, reporting, subcontractor management, and issue resolutionMaintain strong client, contractor, and vendor relationships throughout project lifecyclesSupport contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activitiesProvide hands-on leadership with a strong field presence and commitment to operational excellenceTravel extensively to project sites across the United States as business needs requireSkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5–7+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil constructionExperience managing large-scale projects valued between $50M and $200M+Proven experience leading union labor forces and coordinating multiple subcontractorsStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract managementExperience managing field operations and resolving complex construction challengesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-profile construction environmentsMust possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirementsTravel required; this position requires extensive travel of 75%+ nationwide, including extended periods on project sitesCompany OverviewSolutions Driven is a staffing and recruiting company.
